Inch Rectangle Cylinders

Compact Automation Products LLC rectangle cylinders are designed for applications where space and endurance are a top priority. Their slim compact design, allows them to fit into spaces where traditional square cylinders will not.

Available in standard inch Bore size(s): 1/2" Bore

Note: Rectangle cylinders are also available in metric bore sizes (8mm to 40mm). Available in stocked lengths from 1/8" to 2"

Clean Act Cylinders

Compact Clean-Act™ cylinders are designed for a clean room evironment.

Features

  • Low Friction - non-filled thermoplastic polyester rod bushing
  • Addtional rod seals with four seating points
  • Vacuum port is tunneled between 2 multi-lobed seals

Benefits

  • Eliminates the possibility of petroleum based lubricants and bronze bushing particles from entering the environment, in the event of a rod seal failure.
  • Allows for vacuum switch line to be used to diagnose a failure of either the outer wiper seal, or inner pressure seal and will act as vacuum preventing any unwanted material from entering the environment.

Compact Automation Products LLC Air CR3 Stainless Steel Series Cylinders are 100% stainless steel and designed for extremely tough and limited space applications. They are ideal for use in harsh environments found in industries such as chemical/petroleum, pharmaceutical, salt-water exposure, nuclear, medical equipment and food processing.

Standard Duty

Our most space efficient duty. Short rod bearing and thin piston design. Available as single or double rod end.

Intermediate Duty (Half Husky®)

A combination of our standard and heavy duty long rod bearing and thin piston, designed for medium duty service. Available as single or double rod end.

Heavy Duty (Full Husky

Longer rod bearing plus longer piston. Designed for heavy-duty services. Available as single or double rod end.
